The location is the stunning South Arm Peninsula offering many coastal trails, beaches, and a key site for viewing the Aurora Australis. Easy access to Hobart (40mins) and the Airport (30ms).

A unique tiny home where the sun sets and rises over water. It’s a space like no other with views out every window. Watch dolphins, ospreys, whales, seals, seabirds in the bay or immerse yourself in nature by soaking in the outdoor tub, swimming or walking the beach or the coastal trails. And it’s an easy 30 minutes to Hobart CBD.

The apartment is absolute waterfront looking directly onto the fabulous Kingston Beach, only 10 minutes south of Hobart. There are wonderful cafés nearby including the Salty Dog Hotel, Bo-Ho Cafe and Robbie Brown directly below. There are walking trails located at both ends of the beach to the Allum Cliffs Walk and Boronia Beach.

The views are amazing, you have uninterrupted and spectacular views of the Derwent River, Tasman Bridge and the Hobart CBD skyline. The house can accommodate up to a maximum of 10 guests.
