Three large windows give a nice view over the Roomolenstraat. The size of the luxurious studio is 26m² including private kitchen, shower and toilet. Private roof terrace of 10m² at the backside enclosed by the neighbor buildings. Bremen, Bremerhaven und Oldenburg sind in etwa 40 min mit dem PKW zu erreichen. Auf der Insel befindet sich ein Strandbad mit Gastronomie von März bis Oktober.
