This waterfront escape has it all! Beautiful 4 Bedroom and 2 full bath home in Pea Hill Creek down a long private driveway nestled on almost 5 acres. With over 200ft of waterfront enjoy the double boathouse/private dock. Enjoy the views from inside the house with a open floorplan and lots of huge glass windows facing the water. Come enjoy all the lake has to offer while staying in our beautiful waterfront home. Close to dining, grocery store, shopping, putt putt and local flea market.

Our 3 bedroom/2 bath home is clean and comfortable with one 55 inch flat screen TV and Roku and youtube tv Wi-Fi is provided. The house has beautiful views of the lake. It is located on Sunset Point on Mile Marker 4 . There is a grill on the boathouse great for gatherings. There is a great fire pit lakeside for roasting marshmallows! There is a boat slip and we also have pontoon boat available for rent, please let me know in advance if you would like to rent a pontoon.
