The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + HBO, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

It is a 5-minute drive to downtown Ithaca and Cornell University. Guests enjoy a private entrance to the newly remodeled apartment, which is ready for you to relax and enjoy. This apartment is located in the basement of a family home. It is a self-contained private unit with a separate entrance, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and washer/dryer and a living space. The property is fenced and has a pool for use in the summer and a pond with fish to feed. Friendly dogs are welcome (the owners have a friendly beagle-basset who loves to meet other dogs). Please note that we have ducks who free range in the yard.

We are located at the southern end of Cayuga Lake, near Trumansburg, Newfield, and at the beginning of the Finger Lakes Wine Trail. We are close to local state parks, waterfalls, hiking trails, entertainment, and shopping areas.
