Extra bedroom is a Cabin in the middle of the property and was a recording studio, now has queen bed, wifi, fridge, micro wave, heat and AC, TV and DVD player but no bathroom. You have your own parking spots, entrance and outdoor dining area and outdoor shower.

From our place, you can walk down to the bay beach in the Pine neck area of Sag Harbor, you can walk to a couple of restaurants and a market and you’re only 2 miles to the town of Sag Harbor. The house has a super clean and comfortable and modern feel, there is plenty of space and it’s a great gathering place for families and groups of friends.
