Centrally located self-contained 1 Bed Studio with private bathroom, kitchenette and laundry situated next to a Karri reserve with an outdoor sitting area. Easy 5 min walk into town with private entrance and plenty of parking. Everything two people need for a relaxing base. Features reverse cycle AC, queen bed, smart tv, lounge, tea/coffee, cereals, filtered water, BBQ, games, books & gym. The Studio is adjacent to the main house but private at the front of the property, you won't be disturbed.

A staircase leads upstairs to the 1st floor, where you'll step into a light open plan living space including a full sized kitchen, lounge and dining area with a wood fire and smart tv. Both the open plan living and bedroom have glass sliding doors to the large balcony and the stunning views. The ensuite including spa bath, shower and detached toilet. Lights Cottage is a secluded, newly renovated heritage cottage located on Lights Beach Farm. Wake up in the mornings surrounded by cattle, kangaroos, and native birds. Then pack your cup, walk across the road to Monkey Rock and have your morning sunrise coffee overlooking Lights Beach, Ocean Beach, and William Bay. Explore 300 acres of farmland and walk the Bibbulmun Track, which conveniently runs through the property and down to the back beach cliffline.

Perfect quiet location on the inlet. Ideal for launching your dingy. 5 mins from town, 5 mins from beach, 2 bed both with( open )ensuite, one with double bath (no shower) one with shower. ideal for adults. Surrounded by beautiful scenic walks through the karri forests on inlet. See the wild life from large decking area. ( Not suitable for unsupervised children as it has a high decking and the house is built on granite )

Wolfes Landing - a rustic home on the inlet

Wolfe’s Landing is a beautifully rustic and quirky home overlooking the spectacular Nenamup Inlet. This chalet is named after the original Wolfes Landing - now the Albany jetty – which was the embarkation point for soldiers heading to Gallipoli. Timbers rescued from this jetty are the signature feature of this chalet, and are a poignant and constant reminder of those who have gone before us.
