Due to the central location (between the train station and the trade fair), the typical destinations - trade fair, old town, city center, sightseeing - are very easy to reach.

Schöne Einliegerwohnung in ruhiger und trotzdem zentraler Lage. Komplett neu renoviert. Die Wohnung liegt im Nürnberger Süden, das Zentrum und insbesondere die Messe (zu Fuss ca. 15 Min.) sind mit allen Verkehrsmitteln schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Durch die ideale Aufteilung ist die Unterkunft perfekt für alle, die einen zentral gelegenen Wohlfühlplatz suchen. Das Bad ist klein aber sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Küchenzeile, Kühlschrank, Frenchpress und Toaster sind vorhanden.

Einliegerwohnung nahe Messe & Playmobil FUN PARK

Die Einliegerwohnung mit 45 m² liegt in der Rangierbahnhof-Siedlung Bauernfeind, im Dachgeschoss unseres Hauses. Die U-Bahn ist fußläufig in 10 Min. erreichbar und eine Haltestelle von der Messe entfernt (fußläufig 20 Min.). In 20 Min. ist der Playmobil FUN Park mit dem Auto erreicht. Es ist Platz für max. 5 Personen vorhanden. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, 1 x Doppelbett und 2 x Einzelbetten. Im offenen Wohnbereich befindet sich eine kleine Küche mit Esstisch und 1 x Schlafcouch.

Subway station only 50 meters away, perfect to explore Nuremberg.

Welcome to the lovingly and comfortably furnished apartment. It is very centrally located and offers views of Nuremberg's historic city wall. Subway station and tram stop are in the immediate vicinity (main station 2min, airport 12min). The square of the famous Christkindlesmarkt can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, the local recreation area Wöhrder See in about 15 minutes. Many attractive pubs and bars are just a short distance from the apartment.

You can reach the city center by tram 5 from Worzeldorfer Straße and underground line 1 from Frankenstraße within 17 minutes and if you stay in the tram you are able to drive directly to visit the Nuremberg zoo.
