La struttura si trova in un paesino in Trentino precisamente a Muravalle, in un posto dove il silenzio e la tranquillità la fanno da padrona, dove è possibile sentire il rumore del torrente Ala che passa nel fondovalle. La struttura a livello strada dispone di una zona giorno e del bagno, al piano inferiore il terrazzo, mentre salendo nel sottotetto vi è un'ampia camera.

Additional amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, a tennis table and a television.
