Our property can accommodate a 2-axle boat trailer. Wake up in the morning and watch the dolphin jump off the dock, fish, go for a swim, paddleboard, kayak or just relax with a cup of coffee. We will work with ALL DOD and DOD contractors and personnel.

Vacation or work at our comfortable waterfront kitchenette studio in the heart of Fort Walton Beach. The sugar white sand beaches are just a short drive away, and adventure awaits right at your doorstep on Santa Rosa Sound. Includes pool and marina! Boat slip (28 Ft) available! The unit has a queen bed and futon that lays down to a full size bed. It's very comfortable for small groups. We are real owner-hosts and strive to keep our unit spotless and well supplied for our cherished guests.

Master bedroom with bathroom, bunk room with bathroom (the bunk room has one bunk bed and no door), sofa sleeper. Balcony with lazy river and bay view. You will find everything here from Lazy River, seven pools (one heated, one with waterfall), hot tubs, zero entry pool, gym, bbq area. Next door is an arcade with virtual reality, bar and food. You have access to swim and play in both the ocean and the bay. It is a short walk to the Okaloosa boardwalk for shopping, restaurants and fun.

"Quirky Cottage"

Our "Quirky" Cottage is just that!! If you want to experience "old Florida" come and stay with us in our quirky cottage nestled in old oak trees! It was originally built in 1960 as a camping cabin, it came in a box as a do it yourself kit! There are a few left around town - really unique and private space! Located just 5-10 minutes from the Okaloosa Island beaches and everything downtown Fort Walton Beach has to offer and just 15 minutes to Destin. (all depending on traffic!)

Spacious, Cozy and Private

My wife and I own and live in the house, but the portion of the house we are using as Airbnb has a private house entrance, bedroom, bathroom, and living room area. As well as the use of a washing machine and dryer. We are 2 minutes from WalMart, 15 minutes from Okaloosa Island beaches, and 20 minutes from Destin. We have a coffee machine, microwave, propane grill, and mini fridge set up. We allow pets at a $50 additional charge and have a large fenced in back yard for them.
