Living area, chair and couch, large closet, reading nook, dining table with 2 chairs. Kitchenette w fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker, pur water filter, dishes, glasses, silver, microwave, dish towels, cleaning supplies. Queen bed with brand new mattress ! Everything you need is here. Provided are clean sheets, pillows, blankets, shower towels, hand towels.

Private apartment suite attached to our house. It has 1 BR. WE ARE NOT ON THE BEACH, but we are very close to Barnegat Bay & Ocean county new jersey coastline. We are 15 miles from seaside heights. 25 miles from long beach island. 4 miles from Cedar Creek & new Berkeley Island County Park. Smithville is 35 min drive. Atlantic city is 45 min drive. It is clean, private, functional, affordable and comfortable suite. HONEY BEES, DOGS, & CHICKENS ON PROPERTY. The animals do make noise.

Kosher Lakeside getaway

Enjoy a beautiful view of the lake while within walking distance of several meat and dairy restaurants. You will also be within walking distance of boating by the lake. The main bedroom has 2 different kind of mattresses: one for people who like a soft mattress and one for those who prefer a firm mattress. Keep in mind that this is a basement apartment and noises made by those upstairs can sometimes be heard. Additionally, our children often wake up early.
