Guests staying here can enjoy lovely country walks whilst still very close to the amenities of Basingstoke. Our studio is very spacious with it`s own patio and garden furniture, weather permitting. Warren Farm is 2 miles from Alton, which is famous for the Watercress Line steam railway and the home of Jane Austen. We are also on the edge of the South Downs National Park and within easy reach of Winchester and the Historic Dockyards and ferry terminals in Portsmouth. The Stables has it's own entrance from the beautiful garden room which adjoins our barn. There are country views and footpaths if you are feeling energetic! We look forward to welcoming you.

The Vestry, a private hideaway in a stunning sought after village location, offers a history all of its own. A self-contained annex so you can come and go as you please with your own entrance, king sized bed, en-suite bathroom/shower and free street parking. Located next to the Hampshire Arms pub and a short walk to The Plume of Feathers and Crondall Stores it offers idyllic country surroundings perfect for retreats, overnight stays and longer escapes.

Our quaint single storey cottage is situated in the private grounds of our house, down its own independent driveway with plenty of safe parking. It is warm and cozy in a contemporary style. We have equipped it with all essential amenities for cooking, laundry, washing etc. The property has a large screen TV, Sky, Netflix, iPlayer. Situated at the end of the drive is our lovely newly refurbished pub - The Old House at Home
