Every inch of this beautiful space has been thoughtfully furnished ensuring a truly memorable experience inside and out!

Experience a bygone era in this restored Schoolhouse circa 1866 with many original details such as oversized glass-paned windows, wood plank floors, chalkboards, tin ceiling and more. Modern amenities such as fireplace, private hot tub, fire pit, gas BBQ and access to our pool (June-Sept), pond and tennis court.

Let the Webhannet Falls and River lull you to sleep as they flow through the backyard and see the foundation of the historic gristmill and sawmill.

Fall asleep to the sound of the York Harbor bell buoy and waves crashing on the shore. Awake to beautiful sunrises over the ocean and lobster boats heading out to sea. Walk to York Harbor Beach or stroll the Cliff Walk taking in quintessential Maine views. Long Sands Beach is a 3 minute drive and Short Sands and Cape Neddick Beaches just a bit further around the corner. The cottage sits on a shared property that boasts beautiful gardens and year round ocean views.

Birch Ledge Guesthouse--Four Season Maine Getaway

Both rustic and elegant, the Birch Ledge Guest House offers a cozy place to relax and recharge, whatever the season. The first floor features a spacious living room (with queen sized pull-out-couch), dining area, and small kitchen. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The second floor is a loft accessible by a spiral staircase and has a comfy queen and two twin sized beds. The guesthouse is surrounded by quiet forest and is an easy 30 minute drive to Portland.

Take a sauna while surrounded by nature all around. Located in the majestic forest of mount Agamenticus, the extensive trail system is off of our road. Short drive to the Ogunquit/York beaches, Outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

Welcome to Tranquil Haven, your home away from home in the beach village of Ogunquit. I am hopeful that your time away will be relaxing, enjoyable, and an oasis away from the busyness of life This studio condo is minutes from Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. It has been completely renovated with a relaxing feel and genuine coastal charm. Quiet and Peaceful with first floor conveniences and parking right outside the condo.

The Oasis

This is a one bedroom unit with its own private bathroom close to Wells Beach, and Route 1 Shopping, restaurants , etc. High-speed WiFi, AC/Heat, comfy queen sized bed, mini fridge, microwave, small table with 2 chairs, ceiling fan, first aid kit, iron, and blow dryer. I don't do long term rentals for the summer but please message me if you'd like to do a long term rental from October to May.

Brand new home boasts a few hundred feet walking distance to Marginal Way, the beach, great restaurants, shops and the center of town. Plenty to do nearby or relax at home. Watch the sunset, cook a nice meal in the welcoming kitchen, grill on the patio or read a book in the quaint, picturesque backyard….the options are limitless.
