Come stay at the Seahorse Cottage built specifically to be a vacation rental. It has a spacious open kitchen, living room, laundry room, and master king suite on the main floor, and two queen bedrooms, a full bath, and open desk/workspace upstairs. Located in the heart of Swansboro, NC, it’s just a short walk to downtown and to the Inter Coastal Waterway (ICW). The cottage has a detached two car garage and two covered porches on the front and back. It is pet-friendly with a fenced in backyard.

The Salt Box has a laid back, casual coastal style designed to remind you of the surf shacks of the good old days...all with modern amenities, of course. With a mixture of new and vintage furnishings, a little boho thrown in...we’re sure you’ll love the stunning ocean views, the proximity to the beach access, and outdoor living spaces.

We are centrally located near Emerald Isle, Hammocks Beach State Park, Camp Lejeune, Croatan National Forest, and historic downtown Swansboro. Lastly, we are a veteran owned and operated business. Virginia’s Country Cottage, a charming guest house constructed in 2020, nestled on 40 acres behind our residence. Enjoy your own private yard and relax on the new outdoor patio featuring a gas fire pit. This 950-square-foot retreat offers tranquility in a secluded setting while still being close to Western Blvd. Nearby amenities include restaurants, grocery stores, a movie theater, mall, and Walmart, making it an ideal spot for those visiting cities surrounding onslow county.

Country Cottage

The Cottage has 800 sq ft of living space. It has a galley kitchen with everything you need to cook. It has one bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The bedroom area has one queen size bed. We also have a separate laundry area for your use. Our guest entry is at the back of the Cottage. There is a walk in closet as you enter on your left. We have a dresser inside the closet for your use as well. Our cottage is decorated with recycled and repurposed vintage items.

In the back you will find little roller coaster for small children, a fire pit area and a large fenced in back yard for pets to enjoy and runs around. *NOTE*There is a one time $85 non refundable per pet fee.

An easy 10-min drive to public beach access. After you hit the beach rinse off in our outdoor shower & hang out by our above-ground private pool and new hot tub. Grill dinner lakeside & enjoy at our picnic tables! Hot tub opened year round.

Sea Biscuit is a small, light and airy cottage second row at 205 “B” South Shore Drive. There’s a total of 4 cottages. (Old Bay and Pelican Post on each side are also on Airbnb). The Love Shack, a one bedroom cottage is our newest addition! Sea Biscuit is in a super convenient location within walking distance to area restaurants, parks and fine & casual dining.
