Your accommodation is a 1 bedroom self contained unit (new 2017)sited on our property. Fully insulated and double glazed there is also a heat pump for your comfort. The deck attached to the unit is for your exclusive use Public transport , bus and train are within walking distance as are a wide choice of restaurants. There is easy access to SH1 (Motorway) in both directions North and South. We offer free off street parking. We are well off the main road so the property is both safe and quiet

Quiet and Fresh Private Space in Epsom

This guesthouse is located on the ground level of our house with separate entrance. There is a private lounge, bathroom and bedroom. It was newly built with heat pump / air conditioner during our house renovation. We are in a very central location - 10 minute drive from Auckland CBD and about 10 minute walk to Mt Eden Village and Auckland University Epsom. Here, there are plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes, as well as the main bus route from Mt Eden Village to the airport and the city.

Self contained private studio in central Parnell. The room has a super king bed or can be split to two singles (by request). Open the french doors & enjoy the view from the balcony towards the City & Sky Tower. A short stroll to Parnell Road, Museum, Rose Gardens, Judges Bay & easy local transport. One large bedroom and a large bathroom with a great full pressure shower. Only minutes walk from public transport, cafes, bars and gym. Walking distance to Ellerslie race course. Lovely inner city suburb of Auckland. There is lots of parking on our quiet street. Smokers, a great out door area to relax.

Newmarket is 20 mins walk or 5mins drive. with Westfield Shopping mall largest in NZ, 240 stores with alfresco rooftop dining.

Suitable for 2 – 3 people, the living area is bright and welcoming. An off street parking bay is available with entry to the facility only metres away. The kitchenette includes a microwave, electric jug, toaster and fridge. Introductory, tea, coffee and breakfast cereal provided.
