Set on a picturesque 33-acre grassfed cattle farm, this 4 bedroom, 3 loft, 2.5 bath dwelling is ideal for family get-togethers and intimate reunions with old friends. Many Blue Ridge Mountain sunsets have been celebrated from the open air balcony. Due to the number of staircases and separated rooms, the property is not ideal for folks with toddlers or those with mobility limitations.

Quiet studio on a secluded 5 acres only 3 miles from town. Kick back and relax by the pool in the warmer months, or in the hot tub in the cooler months. Small trails lead to the creek running along the property, maybe you'll even catch a glimpse of the deer or turkey that wander thru...we've even seen a lil bear once! Our house on Whistle Stop Farm (so named for the train that passes by) is next to the cottage if you need us. Otherwise, the place is yours. Come enjoy some time in country!

Boasting a primary loft bedroom w/ a queen bed and a bonus room w/ a full bed, this home away from home can comfortably sleep 4-5! Front porch swing & fenced yard for the pups to play. Hidden Haven is just that! A 600 square foot romantic, private, peaceful, little haven. Hidden in the woods just 6 miles outside of the Town of Orange. Open the garage door in the living area and step out on the 300 square foot screened in porch where you can relax at the firepit under the covered roof. On the porch at Hidden Haven, we like to say, "time wasted is time well spent". The romantic vibe and modern amenities make it a prefect place for a couple's getaway.

Gordonsville Guest Cottage - private studio

Welcome to the Gordonsville Guest Cottage, located in historic Gordonsville, VA. This is the perfect escape into small-town living, with all the necessities nearby. Close to numerous vineyards and historic sites. Relax and unwind in this 300 sq ft private guest house which includes a queen bed, living area, bathroom, and kitchenette. This cottage is in our backyard and next to train tracks. You will need to walk 150 ft from dedicated parking. No pets.

Spend the day at Lake Anna to swim/ kayak/ boat or visit the state park, just 5 minutes away. Enjoy local wineries, and explore historic Civil War battlefields. After a fun filled day, return to your private oasis with a fully equipped kitchen.
