This modern furnished beach cottage (2BR, 1 BA) is the perfect spot if you are looking for walks on white sandy beaches or a quiet time after a day in the waves. The busy surf village of Pacific City with it’s stunning view of Cape Kiwanda is just a 5 minute car ride away. The house itself is located in the small village of Tierra Del Mar on a dead end street that ends at the beach. Eat on the front porch in the sunshine and enjoy the hot tub and outdoor shower in the backyard to end the day.

Hawks and owls are frequently sighted in the trees on the property, and at night, as you soak in the hot tub, you will be treated to the sound of ocean waves and a chorus of frogs in the estuary below. The Lookout is located within just a few minute's walk of Turtle Rock beach, and a short drive to some of the most spectacular beachcombing shores of the Pacific Northwest.

The duplex has two rental studios one on top of the other, with a laundry room basement. Amazing up-close views of sand and surf including the Three Arch Rocks from every floor. Just stroll to the beach and restaurant and downtown in only a few minutes. Each unite offers a full kitchen, bath, propane fireplace, and private decks.
