Designer West End Detached Cottage

West End detached cottage ideally located between Commercial and Bradford Streets, across from Mussel Beach Gym and a block to all of the excitement Provincetown has to offer. Restaurants, bars, and beaches are at your doorstep. The cottage was rebuilt in 2008 with the charm you would expect from a Provincetown cottage and filled with natural light from windows on all four sides. The cottage has a large private enclosed stone patio complete with hot/cold outdoor shower with areas for seating.

Fresh paint, updated hardware, some new small appliances and added new art but same Cape cottage charm! NOTE: Weekly rentals mid-June through mid-September- Linens and towels can be provided in a basket or you are welcome to bring yours from home- just let us know. The 1840s Carriage House has been beautifully remodeled. The first floor has a living room, dining area, kitchen, and powder room with washer/dryer. The backyard deck has seating for four and a Weber gas grill. Upstairs, the large, elegant bedroom features a king-sized bed, sitting area, reading nook/twin bed, writing desk, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The half acre property offers beautiful gardens for you to enjoy and a delicious outdoor shower.

We have a large fenced in yard for your dog to play in and for you to relax in with your dog. Cape Hideaway

Private suite on the first floor guests have exclusive use of the entire place. The second floor is my residence. The suite has a bedroom with queen temperpedic mattress, living room with queen sleep sofa, small kitchenette and bath. The kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, single burner cooktop and crockpot. Guests have access to the upper deck (shared space) which has a patio set and gas grill.

The apartment is completely separate from the house with a private deck. The property is surrounded by conservation land so the closest neighbor is not visible from the apartment or the yard.
