Base Camp 49 is a purpose built micro resort of four two-bedroom nightly rental homes, sleeping up to 6 guests each. Located on the ski trails in the heart of Mazama and the bank of the Methow River. All cabins enjoy covered patios, propane fire pits, and stunning views. Each casita is tastefully furnished with modern décor making the perfect place to relax and build memories. The individual units are named after the nearby mountains: Goat Peak, Sandy Butte, Flagg Mountain and Lucky Jim Bluff.

Nestled between Tonasket and Republic, we welcome visitors to our beautiful and well appointed efficiency apartment with kitchenette. We love the area and are eager to share the hidden gems that abound here. We are happy to recommend rides or day drives in the region as well as other adventure advice for our area. Welcome to The View on 87th, we are a 7 minute walk to the historic downtown and beaches (2 min drive). Come stay and enjoy our panoramic view of Osoyoos Lake and Anarchist Mountain. This place will unwind and recharge you in no time. We travel extensively, know what we like, and set this place up as a perfect 2-couple or extended family getaway. We are also pet friendly (not on the beds/furniture please) to responsible owners. Please don't be the person who gets this rule changed.

Minutes to Mazama and 10 mins to Winthrop. EV charger J1772 You will be surrounded by hundreds of miles of XC trails, biking, hiking trails, beautiful lakes and rivers. Easy flat winter access. Our cabin was build in 2018 with traditional cabin feel done in a modern way. Gourmet kitchen, 3 bd, 2 bath, large open common area, dining room, open loft with TV, and foosball table. AC. Dog friendly with approval but pets do require extra cleaning, we ask for a pet fee of $80 per Dog.

Cascade Cabin is nestled in a beautiful forested community located between Mazama and Winthrop. Our cabin features a modern chef's kitchen, spacious open living and dining area, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. High speed Wifi is available for remote work, or just unplug and enjoy all the valley has to offer. Incredible XC ski trails and mountain bike trails, epic hiking, rock climbing and more surround us in the Methow Valley. 5 minutes to Mazama Store; 12 minutes to Winthrop.

Runaway Express Coach

Our little caboose seems to have escaped the Kettle Valley Rail Line; offering a slice of peaceful, mountain retreat. The passengers whistle with pleasure as they rest in the queen size luxury bed. Tucked away amongst the rocks, pines and burbling creek; the cute woodstove brings it together as a cozy place for dreaming. In the past two years the railroad tycoons staying here have always rated us 5 stars on cleanliness. Includes business ready wifi speeds of 350 mbps.

Artemisia: A Net-Zero Energy Home- Walk to Town

This light-filled home is the perfect escape. Artemisia is within walking distance of the cafes, restaurants, and shopping of Winthrop but feels miles away. After an active day of skiing, hiking, fly fishing, or just relaxing, you can kick back and take in the expansive views of Mount Gardner. Have dinner at one of the many nearby restaurants or stay in and take advantage of the well-stocked kitchen with induction range. It's a peaceful, laid-back gathering place.
