The property is also surrounded by wooded trails that lead to a waterfront cove on Lake Hamilton. Kayaks are available for use Mar.-Oct. Pelican Place on Caddo Lake (Boat Ramp & Kayaks)

Quiet retreat by Caddo lake with private boat ramp. Launch your own boat, or use kayaks. Filming of the movie produced by M. Night Shyamalan "Caddo Lake" was seen from the waterfront of Pelican Place. The patio is perfect for grilling dinner while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Caddo Lake. The updated interior of the house has maintained its rustic charm; provides a complete kitchen, private bedroom & queen sleeper sofa in living room. This is a private entrance two-bed, two ensuite bath cottage with walk-in showers and Kohler soaking tub at 1800 SF.

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and back up to the parking spot under the carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 5 feet, and water in our cove will be minimal. Sorry for inconvenience.

The Treehouse is a quiet and peaceful retreat.

Tropical Treehouse set in a ten acre Jungle Garden with a canal lagoon. Private mature forest park of 250 acres and five miles of nature trails. There are four lakes and the Treehouse overlooks Lake Winnamocka. The house is 35 feet in the air accessible by stairs but with a cargo lift for luggage and groceries. The bath is tile with heated floor and tile shower. There is a bidet, washer/dryer in the full bath. The kitchen is modern. There are 3 porches. Master bed and two loft bunks.

There’s stocked firewood for campfires, board games, & propane for grilling!

Located on a 2 acre peninsula on Pine Island, this 450 sf treehouse is surrounded by 1400 feet of Cross Lake. Beautiful open water and cypress tree views epitomize Louisiana lake living. The treehouse has an open concept living area with a queen bed, claw foot tub and equipped kitchenette, with countertop oven/toaster, microwave, coffee pot, electric skillet, refrigerator and sink. It accommodates two adults, no children or pets. Two night minimum stay, no exceptions.
