A quaint studio apartment, located in a quiet neighborhood, situated behind our family home. The apartment is ideally suited for 1 person but does have a Queen size bed if you are a couple. Secure off street parking is provided with a private entrance to the apartment. Less then 1 km to upmarket restaurants, 5km to the Pavilion Shopping Centre and only 12km to the beach and city. Casa Seaview is on Baggies Beach, close to all amenities. An excellent apartment for the Business person or Holiday makers. Pick 'n Pay Winklespruit and Checkers Seadoone is just a short drive away. The Galleria shopping centre a mere 5.6 km away. The apartment can accommodate 4 adults and 2 kids.
