TV und Internetradio sind vorhanden. Das Bad besteht aus WC, Waschbecken und Badewanne. Zur Innenstadt und zur Universität sind es ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß. Eine Bushaltestelle ist 50 m entfernt.

Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.

The apartment has a special atmosphere ... a mixture of old and new and the rooms merge into each other. You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. Two steps down you´re entering the cozy living room with a big sofa an then you´ll find the sleeping area with double bed (160x200cm) and a stable bunk bed for children and adults.
