Everything you need is within easy reach, from shops and restaurants to the vibrant night life of our island. A small (32 square meters) summer family house located on the beach of Megali Ammos. Wake up and jump straight to the sea, sleep with the sound of the waves. Outside siting area where you can have your lunch or dinner under the shade of the pomegranates and palm tree. Sun-beds on the terrace to relax and some that you can carry to the beach underneath. Nice cafes, restaurants located nearby at the beach. Please keep in mind that the Seahouse shares a terrace with the house next door.

Villa Orion is situated about 1km outside the main town of Skiathos. It is approximately 25 minutes on foot. There is a supermarket at the bottom of the road as well as a bus stop which can take you to town and to the Southern beaches. The apartment is on a hill with a beautiful 180 degree view of the sea and is surrounded by a charming garden. We suggest taking a taxi upon your arrival if you are not renting a vehicle, as the walk up the hill with heavy suitcases is not advisable.

Me and my family are excited to welcome you to our summer apartment! The house is located in the town of Skiathos, in an ideal position close to the sea, the bus station (10 min walk), and the port of Skiathos (5 min walk), which is the heart of the island. The apartment is a lovely semi-basement with plenty of space to welcome up to four people and a beautiful garden, just in front of the house, with an incredible view of the sea!
