This is all one area with a private bathroom. Bathroom has full size shower, kitchen area a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and inside grill. Tea, coffee, water provided. BBQ on the front porch. Cabin In The Pines is located in Parish New York. It's minutes off of interstate 81. Cabin is located a short ride from tug hill snowmobiling. Short ride from Happy Valley Wildlife Management Area, 8898 acres of snowmobiling, four wheeling, hiking,hunting and fishing public land. The cabin is located right on the snowmobile trail. Relax, get away, and sit at our fire pit and lean-to. Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. Linens not included. 40$ fee per night each unregistered guest.

Enjoy nearby Lake Ontario beaches, shopping, sightseeing and the ATV trail borders the property. Great for couples, solo/multi adventurers, and kids who could use a farm experience!

Newly constructed single bedroom apartment overlooking the Salmon River. Kitchen includes 4 burner electric stovetop, microwave, air fryer, toaster, Keurig, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher, utensils. Swing mount TV in the living room area as well as a TV in the bedroom. Island dining table with 4 chairs. Bedroom offers a queen bed and queen size sleeper sofa in living room. Fully furnished with dishes and linens. Will provide linen exchanges/cleaning during extended stays.

Drive 200 yards across the Route 3 Bridge to hop on the snowmobile trails or hike Selkirk State Park, or a few miles north to find yourself golfing near Sandy Pond.
