This quiet escape: is next to the main house, with a private bathroom and its own entrance, front yard and small pond. It is isolated from noise and the view of others. It is set in 11 ac. of woods with wood fire sauna, walking trail, outdoor dining area with grill and fire pit, and a loan for games and sunbathing. It is only 10 min. from I-95, 20 from Fayetteville, the hospital and Hope Mills and 5 from groceries, pharmacy, ATM, gas station, convenience stores, and food.

The home is 10 minutes from Fort Bragg gates and the newly finished I295 highway. The fenced backyard also permits furry family members to come along (for an extra fee). A large movie-room is also included.
