Sitting at the edge of Pine on 1/3 acre, it feels private and secluded with minimal traffic near the end of the circle. The 2172 sf home has 4 bedrooms and a full bath on each floor. 4K 87" TV on the main level and a 4k 75" downstairs in the game room to keep the kids occupied. The AZ Trail is just a short walk from the front door.

The Verde River flows through the community & is available for fishing (when stocked) & swimming. There is also a trail at the end of the street that follows the river.

There is parking for four so no need to worry about your trailer or off road vehicles. We have a gated parking area. There are off road trails right from our street.
