Wonderful situation in Hayle. Many independent cafes, shops and restaurants in walking distance of the property, as well as the bay with it's golden beaches. Tucked in a quiet rural location, surrounded by fields , in a cute hamlet. The bus stop to St Ives is a two minute walk.

Beautiful detached barn conversion, C.1800. South facing, enjoys the sun through out the day to early evening. Situated in a peaceful location with absolute privacy, its own garden with picnic table. Good sized decking area, perfect for breakfast outside in the early morning sunshine, or to enjoy a glass of wine in what is a gorgeous sun trap. Lavender barn is located on a now non working farm, surrounded by fields, meadows and woodland.

Situated in a pedestrian area and this quiet lane is just a short 10 minute walk from the harbour, shops, restaurants and galleries along with the sandy beaches and other attractions that St Ives has to offer. This cottage is an ideal base for exploring St Ives and beyond. We happily welcome up to 2 pets but please note the space limitations of the cottage.
