Enjoy kayaking,4 wheeling and snowmobiling.We have direct access to ITS 85&90 and multiple ATV trails.For hunting enthusiasts we are centrally located between hunting zones 2,3 5&6.

There are two living rooms, an office and kitchen. Trails are easily accessible by both ATV and snowmobile. Property is within 5 minutes of both Little Madawaska and Madawaska Lake. Long Lake is within 15 miles. There are 3 man made ponds on the property along with multiple walking trails in which you may see wildlife.

Great for couples, outdoors enthusiasts, hunters, fisherman, business travelers, or vacationers. We can even stock the cupboards and fridge for you.

There is plenty of room to park sled trailers Local activities include kayaking, hot-air ballooning, tubing, hunting, and snowmobiling. If its fun, its gotta be Maine!

There are various small and large trail loops for your riding enjoyment. Non-ethanol fuel is available locally, as well as a small local diner and Country Store. Additional dining/shopping options are available in nearby Presque Isle (10 Miles) and Caribou (8 Miles).
