Water's Edge Cottage in Phippsburg, Maine

The cottage is at the water's edge and a perfect place for rest and relaxation. There is easy access to the dock and kayaks and several lawn chairs to sit at water's edge and listen to the water splashing on the rocks and watch a variety of birds, and the seals usually stop by for a viewing. It's a little piece of heaven.

Cottage on Todd Bay

The 2025 season has ended, and the cottage and Midcoast Maine are settling in for a quiet winter. We're continuing to take bookings for 2026, and we'll reopen in early May. We want to thank all of our guests, present and future, and to wish you a quiet, safe winter. We're looking forward to next summer on Todd Bay!
