Homey house in the south of Dresden, in the beautiful green district of Plauen, about 6km away from the motorway exit Südvorstadt, 3,5 km to the city center. Shopping for daily needs can be reached in about 5 minutes. Younger guests are our rabbits to know who live in our garden. A sandbox with toys, a selection of games, many picture books, etc. are waiting for you. The cottage stands in a garden, which is also used by the owners. The house has one room with a built-in bunk beds and a fold-out couch (1.20 x 1.90). A baby travel bed incl. Bedding can be provided. The bathroom has a power shower. In the house there is a small kitchenette. There is a zweiflammiges induction field. In addition, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. On the street in front of our house you will find free parking. From our house you are with the car in 10 minutes in the city center. Train and bus, which also drive to the city center and the main train station, walk in Reichl. 5 minutes. Also, the TU-terrain is easily accessible by us by bus or tram. For Haltepkt Plauen you go 500 meters. Bakeries, are also open on Sundays, discounters, etc., can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes by car two or three Fahrminuten. Super Italian, Turkish, Greek restaurants are located nearby. Not far from there is a very good cafe with tasty Eis. In front of our house is the park "Hoher Stein". The Erzgebirge is ideal for skiing, sledding and hiking. The Saxon Switzerland can be reached by car in twenty minutes. In a short time we are also in Pillnitz, Radebeul, Moritzburg or Meissen.

Natürlich kann auch alles im Normallicht gehalten werden. Des Weiteren gibt es eine große Walk In Regenfalldusche mit Sitzfläche. (der Eingang ist allerdings nicht für sehr beleibte Menschen geeignet (40cm))

Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße mit kostenfreien Parkmöglichkeiten auf den angrenzenden Straßen. Es ist ein ruhiges Mehrfamilienhaus mit netten Nachbarn. 2 Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung und können gern genutzt werden Kurze Wege in die Altstadt, die Neustadt mit gemütlichen Kneipen, nach Radebeul mit Wein und Kleinbahn, Schloss Moritzburg mit Seen, der Sächsischen Schweiz…

Stauraum ist genug da, um auch 4 Wochen zu bleiben, die Küche hat alles, was man braucht, geräumige Dusche, Waschtrockner. Lage: Gastro: 1 Min, Beginn Terrassenufer 1,1 km, Elbe 100 m, Straßenbahn 100 m, Supermarkt 100 m. Das Apartment befindet sich im obersten Geschoss, einen Fahrstuhl haben wir leider noch nicht.

KOKO 1 - perfect for family's

Our lovely flat has a huge living room, a room with a double bed and babycot and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and single bed. Our kitchen is high quality and modern with all amenities. The area is quite but very close to the city center, either with the tram (10 min) or a nice walk along the Elbe river (30 min). Bakery, grocery store and playgrounds are very close by. We have a trampoline in the backyard. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with (small) children.

The apartment is located on the second floor (bel étage) in an old building from 1905, which has been lovingly and stylishly restored. All rooms are spacious. From the bedroom and the balcony you have a view of the Elbe, which here makes a wide arc around the Ostragehe. The double bed in the bedroom measures 180 x 200 cm. The kitchen is integrated in the living room. There is also a dining table, a sofa bed and a television armchair.
