Baanz Cabin has its own private bathroom situated one foor below and connected by a private wooden staircase . The large 10 x 18 feet balcony is ideal for sit-outs, dining under the stars and breathtaking views of the Jungle and the grand Himalayan range.

Hobo Huts is more than 5Acre property away from the city crowd, in pure, quite and calm nature at the riverfront having all around mountains, jungle, open sky and beautiful waterfall nearby. You can do trekking in mountain walk beside the river and talking bath into this waterfall. Enough space for Yoga and Meditation. Stone made cottages with wooden roofs can accommodate 22 people at a time. Well connected with train station ( Kathgodam) and airport ( Pant Nagar ) with Taxi and Buses.
