Muy cerca de servicios como supermercado, farmacia, bares/restaurantes, así como del Centro Comercial Mogan Mall. El apartamento se encuentra a 30 minutos del Aeropuerto, a 15 minutos del icónico Puerto de Mogán, y a 15 minutos de Maspalomas.

This special place is close to everything you need, shopping, dining, restaurants, bars, grocery stores. And it´s 10-15 minutes from the sandy beach of Puerto Rico. A beautiful promenade /1km/ along the ocean will take you to another beautiful beach, Amadores.

Stílusos, csendes, légkondícionált, 1 hálószobás, nappalis apartmanunk lenyűgöző óceáni kilátással, gyors wifivel, teljesen gépesített konyhával, tágas terasszal, egész évben fűtött infinity pool-lal és minden kényelemmel felszerelve vár! Csak 6 perc sétára a homokos strandtól és 10 percre az éjszakai élet központjától, viszont a lakás elhelyezkedése miatt, a szórakozóhelyek zaja nem hallatszik fel az apartmanhoz. Tökéletes választás a nyugodt pihenéshez és szórakozáshoz is!

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Se puede alquilar entera (6 personas) o parcial (4 personas). La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Tiene varias terrazas y jardín. La piscina es compartida con nuestra otra casa, Casa Catina (máx 4 pax)

Aprovecha al máximo tus vacaciones en un ambiente agradable y relajado. El apartamento está en una zona muy tranquila cerca de la playa y el centro de Puerto Rico y cuenta con una pequeña piscina. Se accede por escaleras, por lo que no se recomienda para personas con movilidad reducida. La playa de Puerto Rico, su centro comercial y Mogán Mall están a 10´y 2´ minutos a pie. Guagua directa desde el aeropuerto hasta la terminal de Puerto Rico y desde allí 5´en taxi.
