The property features a peaceful setting; 2 bedrooms, sauna room, 1 bathroom, rec room, the 'Doghouse', and more. There is an outdoor shower too! The lake and marina are a 1-minute stroll - the public beach (stone) is a 3-minute walk! There is a fireplace to curl up to on those cool nights. A place to enjoy any season!

Relax & BBQ on comfortable deck w/ beautiful lake views and table to seat 6. Enjoy the fire-pit on the Muskoka Chairs. Important Note: Dock is usually ready for first week of May every year. Could be earlier depending on the weather. Also the City of Kawartha Lakes has a NO BONFIRE ban during April each year. So please do not do a BONFIRE.

Stay off-grid in an Amish built bunkie on top of a hill with the best south facing view in the area! Disconnect from your busy life and enjoy the country side. There is no wifi but cellular reception is good depending on your provider. There is an outhouse with compost toilet near the bunkie. There is no shower or sink. Enjoy the country and let nature do that talking! Pets are very welcome! Enjoy the trails and walk your dog(s) off leash.
