The nearest street light is two miles away. Owls, deer and the occasional nightingale are the only sounds in the middle of the night The cottage décor is fresh and modern with plenty of parking and a small decking area. DOGS are only allowed if booked in, at a charge of £15 per stay. No cats.

Woodley Farm Hideaway is an idyllic and luxurious place to get away from it all, situated within our private and peaceful farm. We have a passion for nature and conservation. We manage the Holding with an ethos of low-intensity, regenerative agriculture. When we moved here we were amazed at the biodiversity of the place and are determined to enhance that as the current custodians. We have horses, chickens and ducks which free range around the Farm, as well as rare-breed pigs and sheep.

We have a light and comfortable studio apartment with great views and amazing countryside walks just waiting for your arrival! Adjacent to the South Downs National park, with a pub/restaurant close by and easy access to Lewes and Brighton. Bear in mind we aren't served by good public transport. The 'Garden Studio' is good for couples, walkers, riders and cyclists. Set in glorious countryside with virtually no light pollution, come and enjoy the buzzards by day and the stars by night.

In the heart of Mid-Sussex, our former dairy farm dates back to the early 1800's. The barn has been recently restored to provide 1000 sq ft of luxurious accommodation with wonderful views across the wheat fields to the west. Guests can enjoy countless walking and cycling trails from the front door. Brighton, historic Lewes, Glyndebourne, Hickstead and the South Downs are all a stones throw away. Gatwick is less than 30 mins by car and London a further 45 by train.
