This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Holiday house near Split surrounded by olive trees and nature. On a big terrace you can spend time relaxing and drinking your favorite drink with your family or friends. The house is up a steep hill which means you don't have near access to the stores or a beach without a car, but it makes up for it with an outdoor pool and a wonderful view to nearby islands and cities.
