The two bedrooms and bathroom are downstairs, while the comfortable sitting room/dining area and kitchen are upstairs to take advantage of the views across the harbour to Fowey and Readymoney Cove. The coastal path is 50 yards from the door and Fowey is 5 mins away by ferry. The Mevagisey ferry will take you to the Lost Gardens of Heligan usually from April to Oct. Visit Eden Project.

It's suitable for a family, a couple or friends, it may be a squeeze for four adults. There are many walks and beaches in the area, as well as shops, restaurants and boat hire in Fowey and lots of attractions within an easy drive.

The cottage sleeps up to four in three bedrooms - the main with king-sized bed and ensuite.

The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

The Old Sail Loft is an 18th century stone cottage overlooking the beautiful River Fowey. It was once home to an old lady who lived in this cottage and mended sails for the pilchard fleet that she could see from her window. Today it is a peaceful refuge that sleeps four, with a sunny garden perfect for watching the boats on the river and in winter months, spending cosy evenings by the log burner watching storms pass by.
