The SandBox Grotto

The Grotto is the downstairs half of a vintage beachside beachhouse owned by "the sandcastle lady" - sandy feet. With 1 bedroom and 2 full baths, it can accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably with full kitchen, spacious living area and enclosed patio/dog rest area. Fully equipped for your best pal with a large pet door and an even larger kennel. Beach toys, boogie boards — everything you need for your Padre vacation in one place. This unit is located on the ground floor which makes it very convenient to load/unload suitcases & groceries. Only a few steps to the beach. The best aspect of this condo is its location having a lots of amenities within walking distance.

You can see the fireworks from the balcony, and the condo is directly located above the pool. A new air conditioning unit has been installed (10/2023) All bedrooms have a 50” smart TV available. Pets are not allowed, and the unit is non-smoking. Tenants who compromise the space will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
