We have two pet goats, a pet Soay sheep and a Jack Russell. The location is quiet, yet it is just a 15-minute stroll into the village of St Agnes with its full range of amenities, and a 20-minute walk (5 min drive) to the nearest beach and the southwest coastal path. No 17 is a modern, newly refurbished house situated in the popular Tregoyne. A five minute walk to Porthtowan beach, village and the well known Unicorn and Blue Bar. Tregoyne is a small cluster of character challet type beach houses with a friendly community mix of permanent residents and holiday makers alike. With only a single track road in and out it makes it particularly child friendly although the house does boast a secure, gated back garden.
