“La casa del bucato” è stata così chiamata perché è posizionata nelle vicinanze del lavatoio che un tempo (e qualche volta ancora oggi) veniva usato dalle donne del borgo per fare il bucato, “l’ansiva” appunto. Questa piccola ma accogliente casa, completamente accessibile, curato nei minimi dettagli per cullarvi nella suggestione montana, è costituita da un unico ambiente che ospita un letto matrimoniale, un angolo cottura e un bagno e affaccia su l’area esterna attrezzata adibita a solarium.

Our favorite experience in this cosy duplex is enjoying the panoramic terrace on the top floor, sun bathing in the afternoon with a cup of hot chocolate after a morning on the slopes in winter or, in spring and summer, enjoying food&drinks after hiking or mountain-biking. There is a shuttle service during weekends, carnival week, NYE/Xmas weeks and summer, from the house to downtown Courmayeur and to the slopes.

Beautiful walks, mountain bike routes and slopes for ski touring are all around. The center of La Salle, welcoming grocery stores, bars and restaurants can be reached in 5 minutes by car. The Pré Saint Didier spa and baths are a 10-min distance by car. The centre of Courmayeur is at 20 min.

Composta da camera da letto matrimoniale, grande zona giorno e bagno privato la suite degli ospiti è l'ideale per una breve e comoda permanenza in zona. Con balcone e ingresso indipendente dall'esterno, si trova in una zona tranquilla al limite del borgo che si affaccia sulla campagna ma in posizione centrale e accessibile rispetto ai punti di interesse della valle. Perfetta in tutte le stagioni per qualche giorno di relax o per chi è semplicemente di passaggio. Non presente la cucina.

This cosy apartment is right on the piste and has breathtaking views of the Aguille du Midi and Mont Blanc range. Situated right on Le Prarion slope, next to the lift and bus stop so you can get the free bus into Chamonix easily, this tasteful apartment has a large balcony, wifi and private underground parking. There is also a (rather chilly!) pool in the quiet complex.

Please note that this lovely tiny home is situated away from the town centre. It is about 1 hour on foot, 10 minutes by bus, or 4 mins by car. Also, this is the last year Le Cabin de Cerro will be available to book on Airbnb. April 2026 the cabin will undergo an extension and will no longer be a tiny home.

Our one-bedroom apartment is centrally located in the heart of Le Lavachet, Tignes 2100. It's the ideal place for up to 4 people to stay and enjoy the resort in winter and summer. There’s one double bedroom and fold away bunk-beds in the living area. The 'Quick Access Track' to the the main piste is directly across the road from us, and there is a supermarket, bakery, lift pass office, ski hire shops and lovely restaurants nearby too!
