Aside from being just far enough, but just close enough to all the happenings in the city, my newly remodeled private entry, ground level basement apartment offers an escape from the noise and a place to unwind and relax. The bath/ laundry area has a good size shower, higher toilet, blow dryer, towels, etc. There is a full size washer and dryer, ironing board, iron.

You will enjoy a private bedroom with a queen bed, tv and sitting area plus a separate living room with, sofa, tv, tech table, kitchenette and murphy bed creating a 2nd private sleeping option to accommodate 4 quests. A 3/4 bath and tile shower is conveniently accessible to both rooms. The property offers stunning views of St. Wenceslaus church and is convenient to main street, restaurants and golf.

There are 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a spacious kitchen open to a great room that is perfect for socializing, cooking and relaxing, watching the ducks swim by. Dock installed in 2025. The lake is quiet, non motorized, perfect for canoeing/paddle boarding. Easy walk to the village and access to bike trails. 1 mile walk to Lake Minnetonka. Dogs require approval - please message about your dog. Interior is updated, exterior gives a rustic cottage feel. There is no dock.

THIS IS NOT the whole home, but is the entire lower level, which feels like one of the units in a duplex. Cabinesque, roomy, close to almost anything you would need, cozy- these are a few words to describe it. You have your own private locked entrance from the garage, where you can park. The door between the levels is locked. This space boasts a gorgeous, new bathroom, new kitchen, huge flat screen tv, 2 large bedrooms, with the dining room and living room connected.
