Jellystone Park Ranger 1

Welcome to the Ranger Smith™ Cabin, a cozy retreat nestled within Jellystone Park™ Cochran! This charming cabin features a queen-sized bed and a twin-over-full-sized bunk bed, ensuring comfort for the whole family. This rental features a fridge, microwave, and private bathroom. Plus, your rental grants full access to Jellystone Park amenities like the pool, activity center, gift shop, and fishing pond. Linens are not provided, so be sure to bring your own sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels.

Janelle’s Cottage

Janelle’s cottage is named after my Mom, Janelle Perkins. She was a public health nurse who had a great love for God and people. This is a handicap friendly home. We want you to enjoy the slower pace in Cochran Ga. This is a pet friendly home whether it’s the 4 legged kind or the feathered kind. They are welcome. We do not charge a pet fee or a cleaning fee. We are approximately 4 miles from Middle Georgia State University and approx. 30 minutes from Warner Robins.

The home features 3 spacious bedrooms with a thoughtful sleeping layout that includes 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 full beds, and 3 twin beds, and a futon. Two and one half baths, High speed internet, AC/Heat, private dock and gazebo, fire pit, nestled on 5 private acres.

Middle Georgia Cottage

Central location close to the college, high school and downtown. Escape to this brand-new 1BR/1BA cabin on 2 private acres convenient to Middle Georgia State University. Sleeps 4 with a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, washer/dryer, tiled shower, and gas grill. Peaceful and secluded yet modern and comfortable. Please note: Cabin is located on a dirt road. Perfect for a relaxing getaway or cozy retreat.

River Place

This 2 bed 1 bath nestled along the river banks of the ocmulgee is the perfect place for any outdoorsman or someone that appreciates the sight of their coffee steam rolling into the steam rising off the flowing water below. The River Place is perfect to dock your river boat or escape the hustle and bustle today’s world provides. It is not the ritz. But is guaranteed comfort and cozy. Cell service is rare.

Cottage in the Country, 10 miles from Perry

We are conveniently located in Houston County about 10 min from the Georgia Natl Fairgrounds, 20 min to Frito Lay and 25 min to WR Air force Base. Our cottage home with a quiet country setting offers complete privacy to sit on the front porch, hang out at the fire pit, sit on the dock, throw a line in the pond, and taking in nature around you. Perfect for families or a private getaway with friends.

Lilly Fields Pool House!

Enjoy a peaceful night of rest on this beautiful 69 acre property. Walk the nature trails, fish in the pond, swim in the pool, walk the labyrinth, pick some wild berries, visit the Wellness Center, and relax in nature! The pool is open from 10 AM until 7 PM for our guests. Please note no reservations including a child under the age of 12 can be honored. Thank you so much!
