A spacious 1 bedroom ( King size) apartment on the ground level of a 2 story/2 apt. house. This apartment (Puntas Abajo) is around the back of the house facing the pool and has a private entrance. It is very quiet! 1 free parking space conveniently located in front of the house. Apt is in Puntas, Rincon central to all beaches, restaurants and everything that is rincon! Since this apartment is on the back of the house it is exceptionally quiet. Powerful AC to cool. All newly and fully furnished!
