The cabin sits adjacent to our home on 6 acres, located against the forest facing a marsh connected to Lake Kerr. The public boat ramp is 1 mile away & several other ramps to the Ocklawaha, St Johns River and Springs nearby. Hiking trails, Springs, kayaking nearby.

We're 15 mins from Dunn's Creek Park, Palatka Boat Ramp, Festivals, Ravines State Park, & the site for Bass Master events. We are ~45 minutes from St Augustine or Daytona Beach.
