You will love this modern four season cottage on Grand Lake, NB. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck watching the waves on the lake across the road, or take a stroll to your beach access only a short 3 minute walk down the lane! The cottage is equipped with Wi-fi, Smart TV Roku, BBQ and fire pit. Walk inside to a spacious open concept kitchen and living room equipped with a chaise/fourth bed! Three bedrooms accessed from the living room with the bathroom accessed from the kitchen area.

Lovely river views from any area, inside and out of this cozy, simple, studio cabin, steps away from a covered bridge. A comfortable space to day-trip from or to stay and appreciate time in nature at one of the most popular destinations to kayak in New Brunswick! Kayaks/Canoes/Paddleboards are on site for our guests to enjoy! 10 minutes from shops and restaurants in local Hampton or Quispamsis, 20 minutes to Saint John. And 40 minutes from coastal St.Martin’s and the scenic Fundy Trail.

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

My Little Oasis is a cozy little cottage on Maquapit Lake in Clark's Corner NB. 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 guests. 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed and the other 2 each have a twin over double bunk beds. This cottage will serve all your vacation needs. My intention is to make My Little Oasis a place where you want to come back and share your experience with your family and friends so they can come over for a stay and experience this little piece of paradise on the lake.
