We are also 15 mins drive from Hamilton central business district (CBD), the Hospital and Wintec in one direction and the Airport in the other direction. We do NOT charge separate cleaning fees (NB when comparing), offer a 25% discount for 1 week, 35% per month.

There are two large living areas both with their own fireplaces, and a heat pump if you are too relaxed to light them - a perfect winter escape! In summer you'll enjoy sitting in the large garden listening to the birds or watching the sun go down through the manuka tree. Kids will enjoy the games and toys here, parents will enjoy the peace!

Only 1.2kms off the Waikato River Trail it is a perfect base for those wanting to explore by bike.

Watch the sunset from the deck, cozy up in front of the fire, chill out in a vintage-styled space or grab a flat white from the cafe from around the corner before wandering down to the harbour.
