Generous and light flat with own patio just outside of Berlin: 3km to Müggelsee, 21km to Alexanderplatz, 6km to Berliner Ring (dual carriageway into the city). If you’re arriving late we can provide breakfast for your first morning (12€), please just let us know beforehand. Public transport is a 5 minutes walk, and by tram and train it takes ca. 45 minutes to get to the centre of Berlin. If you prefer discovering the city and surrounding areas by bike, we also have two rental bikes available.

Auf 80m² sind alle Räumlichkeiten großzügig aufgeteilt, so dass sich hier vier Personen rundum wohlfühlen können. Das freundliche Ambiente sowie der traumhafte Blick auf den Kalksee laden zum Entspannen ein. Die Umgebung bietet alles, was in einem Urlaub nicht fehlen sollte - Seen, Badestellen, Restaurants, Wälder, direkte Nahverkehrsanbindung an die Berliner Metropole sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Die kleine 40qm-Wohnung im 1. OG befindet sich auf einem ehemaligen Vierseithof im alten Dorfkern. Der Innenhof mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Grill und das große Gartengrundstück mit u.a. Obstbäumen und -sträuchern können gerne mitgenutzt werden. Berlin-Mitte ist 30 km entfernt, der Autobahnanschluß A 10 ca. 10 km. Gute Regionalbahn-Anbindung nach Berlin-Ostkreuz (Fahrtzeit ca. 40 Minuten) im 2,5 km entfernten Werneuchen. In der näheren Umgebung kann man (rad)wandern und in Seen baden.

Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

Cozy, quiet flat in Berlin near public transport

Cozy apartment in a new building near the center of Berlin. The apartment has a separate entrance. Our space has an open plan living and dining area. Additional guests can stay on a sofa bed. The apartment is well connected to the public transportation to the center of Berlin. Relax overlooking the lake and by train in 20 minutes in the city. Departures every 10 minutes, or S-Bahn Regio. Motorway in 5 minutes. Supermarkets, restaurants, post office, bank, cinema, canoe rental, steamboat investors, Forest, Lake ... Interesting for Tesla employees: Shuttle departure to Grünheide on the doorstep, 10 minutes between work and home
