You will be about 1 1/2 miles from the beach in Rehoboth, 7 miles to Lewes Beach and Cape Henlopen State Park, approx 2 miles from Dewey Beach. The area is a foodie and brewery delight !!:):)

Brand new for 2021, this fully equipped guest suite offers a private entrance, bedroom with a king bed on an adjustable frame, full bath, laundry, and a kitchenette. There is NO STOVE in this unit but we have provided a microwave and toaster oven for easy beach meal prep. There is also a gas grill for barbecuing. Enjoy dinner and drinks on the enclosed rear porch and take in the view. 5 miles to Bethany Beach, 12 miles to Ocean City, 17 miles to Rehoboth Beach. I will allow one dog and the pet fee is $200.
