Conveniently located for excursions in/out of Reykjavík also easy access to the local pools, supermarkets within 2 minutes walking and outdoor area of Elliðaárdalur. Bus stop 1 minute away. The living space is generous, with a full dining table seating 6, couch, lounges, home theater.

Our guesthouse has private access and located just outside central Reykjavík, in a very popular residential neighborhood, charming Vesturbærinn (west side). 20 minutes walk downtown. Attractions in Vesturbærinn include the local favorite swimming pool, Vesturbæjarlaugin, the local gourmet supermarket, Melabúðin. Local café and wine bar, Kaffi vest. The outdoors is also nice, with the southern shore of Reykjavík, Ægisíðan just down the street, where you can take beautiful walks along the coast.

Newly built (30m2) an oasis at the onset of the Golden Circle, 12 km outside of Reykjavik. Convenient location as a hub while enjoying excursions as well as exploring Reykjavik and the surrounding area. Sheltered by tall trees and vegetation, the house offers privacy while enjoying views of Mt. Esja. On the property the owner operates a sustainable and organic vegetable farm, both outdoors and in heated greenhouses. When not in use as a rental property, the home is used as a craft workshop.

Tveir mjög þægilegir svefnsófar, góð eldunaraðstaða fyrir litla rétti. Góður andi í húsinu og gott og rólegt hverfi, stutt í strætó, stofnæðar, og rólegt umhverfi. Við búum í húsinu og erum alltaf til aðstoðar ef eitthvað er 😊
