We have in-law unit on street level with one full bathroom, small bedroom with one comfy queen bed, tv, wi-fi, separate living area with kitchenette, microwave, medium size refrigerator, coffee maker, and single bed for 3rd person. They don’t hang out in the unit but they love to visit guests and may occasionally enter the unit.
