Walk or ride your bike on the rails to trails 3 mile walkway to Foxburg or go much further on other trails in Emlenton. Explore my 39 acres of woods with deer, fox, wild turkeys, bear, etc. Explore the four old logging paths.

There is a boat ramp a mile down the road. Community Park, shopping and restaurants within walking distance of home.

The guest house is a 20 x 16 ft. studio which sits on 115 acres of woods and fields with great views just outside Brookville. It is approximately 20 yards from the main house and equipped with a queen bed, a sofa, full bath with walk in shower, and small refrigerator, toaster oven, microvave, and TV. The property has multiple walking trails and is situated approximately 5 miles from Route 80. It is also close to Cook's Forest, the Clarion River, and Punxsutawney.

This modest studio apartment is great for a peaceful getaway, a last-minute stop-over, or even an extended stay for traveling professionals. The area features nearby Sandy Creek bike trail, State Game Lands, and the small town of Cranberry, PA just 5 miles down the road. Rail 66 is 75 yards from our driveway. Many restaurants are only a few minutes down the road, and we are only 15 minutes from Cook Forest. Although we can sleep up to 5 people, our place is quite small, and for maximum comfort we recommend no more than 3 people
