Take a break and unwind at Middle Park. We are 2km north of Exeter in the heart of the Tamar Valley on a 2.5 acre block. You will have your own entrance, a comfortable bedroom & ensuite, private deck with BBQ and kitchenette with washing machine. Craig, Ruth and Stella the dog live in the other half of the house with our own entrance. Plenty of good walks, wineries and museums locally. Decks on both the East and West side of the house so great for sunrise and sunset! A great place to relax!

Happy Nest contains a bedroom, a large living area, a kitchen and shower/toilet. There is a single bed in the living space as well as the double bed in the bedroom. The house was built by owner/ host Kim Clark who lives on the property. The spectacular location is in the rainforest of the World Heritage Region of the Great Western Tiers
